Although the solution to musculoskeletal pain is, I believe, generic and often straightforward, helping people overcome their pain is complicated.

Why? Well …, pain is weird. It consists of physical, mental, and emotional components. Always. Some of these components are beyond our control, some we can influence for better or for worse.

For the best possible results, I ask my clients to commit to themselves. To treat themselves with kindness, respect, and honesty, and as important enough to care for. To do what makes them happy!

Admittedly, not an easy ask. We humans are oddly self-destructive. Even with the help of family, friends, qualified medical doctors, psychologists, therapists, nutritionists, and coaches, it’s a challenge. Difficult as it may be, it is often worth the effort. Even the smallest improvement can have a profound impact.
